We are consistently talking with each other as a community. Communication is clear and it's public to the necessary stakeholders. Everyone knows what they need to know at all times. We always ask ourselves questions like - "Who needs to know about this and what is the best means to communicate this to them?". Every question leads to an act based on the conclusion.
We love what we do, either overtly or covertly. This passion is seen in our choices in work-related scenarios. It's felt in the intensity of work we put in and how we take ownership at each point of reference.
We have empathy with all stakeholders - managers, colleagues, subordinates, users, customers, or partners. In work-related scenarios, we understand edge cases and in stakeholder management, we first empathize, even as we remain conscious of our results.
